Zachariah was so patient with us, as it took us awhile to find the perfect home. He has extensive knowledge of the greater Lancaster area. Whatever questions we had, he was so quick to get back with us. He also has a great number of contacts, which was very helpful. It was such a pleasure working with Zachariah. Hello. My wife Debbie and I began our search of Lancaster County properties not long after our daughter Rachel and son-in-law Kevin McHugh moved to East Petersburg, PA. Rachel and Kevin have a growing family and, honestly, want us to be near to help care for our grandchildren (she's expecting their second child in January!) and to share and be a part in their lives. Zachariah Hershberger was their agent at Brandon Clark, and Rach and Kev were so pleased and appreciative about their experience with Zach that Deb and I naturally "went with the best" and asked Zach to help us. He was very attentive to our needs and showed us any number of properties before we chose our retirement home at 447 Thrush Drive in Manheim. And, after we had made the decision to buy there, he was right on top of everything we needed to do in order to secure our offer, have it accepted, and have everything go smoothly at closing. He continues to be a very valuable source of information regarding who to turn to for minor home improvements and where to shop and dine. Zach is a great guy and we are looking forward to getting settled in our new home and having him and his family over. Cannot thank him enough for all that he's done for us.

Selling a home in the dead of winter is never easy, but Brandon and his team made it as pain-free as possible. He was upfront about everything we would need to do to get the best offer, given our budget. In the end, we got above our asking price and the sale went through within 70 days. Brandon was always there to answer any questions. I believe the longest I had to wait for a text response was 15 minutes! I am so glad my friend recommended Brandon and the Clark Group when it was time to sell. They get my highest recommendation!

We are moving to the Lancaster area to retire and be closer to our daughter. Our daughter referred us to Zachariah Hershberger. Zachariah was very helpful and a good resource throughout the home buying process and beyond. He guided us through the purchase step by step. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We were able to look at houses on the portal. He was flexible when it came time to visit each house. He is pleasant to work with and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new home.

My husband Gerard and I were looking for a local realtor here in Lancaster County whom we could trust with the biggest purchase decision we have ever made and we came across The Brandon Clark Team online. From the first time we met with Zachariah we knew that we found the right agent to guide us through these new unchartered waters of buying a home. As first time home buyers we had many questions and Zachariah patiently walked us through the process. He also connected us with a local mortgage broker giving us an advantage rather that going through our out of State Bank. Zachariah has been there since we closed on our house in August helping us find reliable services in the community (Painter, Hard wood floor refinisher, Handyman etc) and has continued to reach out to us to offer support/assistance with settling into the community. We are grateful to have found such a honest, sincere and good hearted young man (real estate agent) who genuinely cared about us as a couple and not just about making the sale. Zachariah was excellent to work with, I would highly suggest Zachariah and Brandon to help with your home purchase. I was recommended to The Brandon Clark Team and glad I reached out to them. Zachariah wasn't pushy and let me shop at my pace but when it was time to view or make an offer he made sure things progressed smoothly and quickly (important in current market). He was very quick to return phone calls, text messages and/or emails from start to finish.

We worked with Brandon and Zachariah. I've had several selling and buying experiences but this whole team was by far the best experience I have had. They were professional without being mechanical and personable without losing focus on what the ultimate goal was. They kept in touch every step of the process and even explored unconventional homes that I would not have thought about. I cannot say enough about how thorough and goal driven these people are. After purchasing a home you might expect that they are done but almost 2 years later they still check on us and keep in touch; not because I'm planning to move anytime soon, but because they care about our experience and improving their services for the next potential client.

We worked with Zachariah at the Brandon Clark Team to find and close on our forever home. I was very impressed with his attentiveness, kind demeanor, and most importantly his honesty.
